RAM warrants its winches to be free of defects in material and workmanship for twelve months from the date of purchase.  RAM will repair, without cost, any winch found to be defective, including parts and labor charges, or at its option, will replace such winches or refund the purchase price.  Repairs or replacements are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

If any RAM winch proves defective within its original twelve month warranty period, it should be returned to RAM, transportation prepaid with proof of purchase.

a).  Supply replacement parts and credit a flat rate for repair labor.  The defective parts must be returned to RAM for evaluation.

b).  If a service person is dispatched, only parts and hands-on repair time will be at no charge.  All expenses, travel time and stand by time will be charged at the current labor rate.

This warranty does not apply to winches which RAM has determined to have been misused or abused, improperly maintained by the purchaser, or where the malfunction or defect can be attributed to the use of defective repair parts.

RAM makes no other warranty, or IMPLIED WARRANTY INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.  RAM's liability is limited to the purchase price of the winches and in no event shall RAM be liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages of any nature arising from the sale or use of RAM winches.

NOTE:  Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages or how long an implied warranty lasts so that the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
